If want to install it, you must open the terminal press CTRL + T , and copy it to terminal

sudo apt-get install wine
wget http://app.prntscr.com/build/setup-lightshot.exe
wine ./setup-lightshot.exe

Just copy it to your terminal one by one, wait until finish, it make take several minutes ,after it you can enjoy it. You can check in official lighshot website to install it on your own linux, in this URL
